It’s about more than just a night out for a good cause…
It’s about supporting the success of our school’s most important fundraising activity and providing new educational opportunities for our kids, teachers and community.
It’s never been a better time to get involved with the St. Francis School auction. Whether you help collect and package gifts, solicit area businesses for sponsorships, stuff family packets, or decorate the gym, there’s something for everyone. Make this the year that you volunteer!
Volunteer
There are several ways to assist the auction committee as a volunteer. Throughout the year, you can assist with auction communications, event planning, gift gathering and packaging. You can assist your child’s classroom with the creation of their class gift. You can sell raffle tickets. For just a few hours of your time between now and February, you can make a difference in the success of the auction!
Sponsor
If you are small business owner or know of a business in your neighborhood that is looking for a unique marketing opportunity, consider an auction sponsorship. Or use an ad in the auction program to thank a special teacher or recognize your 8th grade graduate in a fun, creative way.
Donate
Your donation might be the top-seller at the auction this year! Do you have a vacation property, sports memorabilia or a great idea for the next fixed-bid party? We want to hear from you!
Attend
Most importantly, we want to see you at the auction! This important event is as much about fellowship as it is about fundraising, and it wouldn’t be the same without you. Please mark your calendars now!
