Registration for the 2025-2026 Faith Formation Programs (listed below) will open on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 6:00 am and close on August 20, 2025 at 11:59 pm. If you have questions, please contact Heather in the Faith Formation Office at hrohe@saintfrancischurch.org.

Registration & Fees
| Fees for Children’s Faith Formation, EDGE, FISH & Catechesis of the Good Shepherd | ||
| Early Bird Discount | May 7-June 9, 2025 | 10% discount on each registration. Please use code EARLYBIRD |
| Regular Registration | June 10-August 20, 2025 | Children’s Faith Formation: $175 per student |
| EDGE (Grade 6-8): $175 per student | ||
| FISH (Grade 9-12: $175 per student | ||
| Catechesis of the Good Shepherd: $250 per student | ||
| Preparation for First Communion or Confirmation: no fee | ||
| Late Fee | August 21, 2025 & following | $35 extra per family |
- Family Max: $400, incorporated into registration. During check out, be sure to answer “Is the subtotal fee over $400?” correctly for the right “Amount to be charged” to show correctly.
- Tuition Discounts: 100% tuition remission is available for lead catechists and Faith Formation nursery volunteers. Assistant catechists & staff receive 50% tuition remission. Please reach out to the Faith Formation Office for a discount code prior to registering.
- Tuition Assistance: Tuition assistance is available and can be requested here prior to registering. Once approval is given, a discount code will be sent to use during registration.
Refunds
Full refund if cancelled on or before August 20, 2025. No refunds after August 21, 2025.

Youth Faith Formation Programs
Click on each program name for additional information about that program:
- Children’s Faith Formation (Pre-K – Grade 5): In our Children’s Faith Formation program, students meet weekly September – May and parents attend a monthly session.
- Youth Ministry Programs (EDGE for Grades 6-8 and FISH for Grades 9-12): This is a program where our youth can learn about their faith, find a Catholic community, and experience Jesus all while having fun and serving others.
- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS): Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori-based faith formation program for children ages 3-12.
- Sacrament Preparation-First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion: The Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion are typically celebrated during the child’s 2nd grade school year.
- Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation: The Sacrament of Confirmation is one of the sacraments of initiation, along with Baptism and Eucharist. At St. Francis of Assisi, preparation for Confirmation typically occurs during the 9th grade year, and the Sacrament is received in the fall of the 10th grade year.
