Adult Faith Formation

St. Francis of Assisi Adult Faith offers gathered events, online learning, and other opportunities to grow in faith, including prayer, faith sharing, retreats and discernment sessions, learning and study groups, small group community building, and opportunities to inquire about the Catholic faith or Become Catholic.

Alpha

The purpose of Alpha is to help bring people into a relationship with Jesus Christ by sharing the good news of the gospel. Alpha sessions include a meal, video, and open discussion. Participants meet for 11 weeks, with a day-long retreat between week 7 and 8. Alpha is open to all adults – invite a friend of any faith or no faith!

FORMED is designed to help adults grow in their faith at all levels – how we think, how we pray, and how we live. Access is free to all St. Francis of Assisi Church parishioners and their families anywhere, anytime on computers, tablets, or phones.

Preparation for Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation is one of the sacraments of initiation, along with Baptism and Eucharist. At St. Francis of Assisi, preparation for Confirmation typically occurs during the 9th grade year, and the Sacrament is received in the fall of the 10th grade year.

St. Francis Preschool

Vacation Bible School

Typically held the last full week in June, children will spend each morning learning the daily Bible point by singing songs, exploring a Bible story, playing games, being imaginative, and learning about their Catholic faith – all while having fun!
