Youth Faith Formation Registration
Registration for our Youth Faith Formation Programs (listed below) closed August 20 at 11:59pm. If you still need to register, please contact Heather in the Faith Formation Office at hrohe@saintfrancischurch.org. Please note registrations after August 20 will be assessed a late fee of $35 per family.
Youth Faith Formation Programs

Family Formation (Pre-K – Grade 5): Family Formation is a family-based catechetical program that helps families grow in the transforming love of God by understanding and living the Catholic Faith.
Youth Ministry Programs (EDGE for Grades 6-8 and FISH for Grades 9-12): This is a program where our youth can learn about their faith, find a Catholic community, and experience Jesus all while having fun and serving others.
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS): Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori-based faith formation program for children ages 3-11.
Sacrament Preparation-First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion: The Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion are typically celebrated during the child’s 2nd grade school year.
Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation: The Sacrament of Confirmation is one of the sacraments of initiation, along with Baptism and Eucharist. At St. Francis of Assisi, preparation for Confirmation typically occurs during the 9th grade year, and the Sacrament is received in the fall of the 10th grade year.
Fees (No Refunds)
Family Formation: $150 per family
EDGE: $100 per student
FISH: $100 per student
CGS: $120 per student
No fee for 1st Sacrament Preparation or Confirmation.
Family Max: $400
Registration closes August 20 at 11:59pm. Any registration after that will be assessed a late fee of $35 per family.
If you are a catechist or small group leader, please reach out to your program coordinator prior to registering for a discount code.
Fee Assistance is available. If assistance is needed, complete this request for approval prior to registering. Once approval given, a discount code will be sent to use during registration.

Many volunteers are needed to help Faith Formation programming run smoothly. Please see this list of specific ways we can use your time and talents.
Discounts (for children of the following):
Family Formation Catechist: 100% for all programs
EDGE Catechist/Small group leader: 100% for all programs
FISH Catechist/Small group leader: 100% for all programs
CGS Catechist: 100% for all programs
CGS Assistant: 50% for all programs
Confirmation small group leaders: 100% for all programs
