Youth Faith Formation Registration
Registration for the 2024-2025 Faith Formation Programs (listed below) will open on Wednesday, May 1 at 6:00 am and close on August 21 at 11:59 pm. If you have questions, please contact Heather in the Faith Formation Office at hrohe@saintfrancischurch.org.
Youth Faith Formation Programs

Children’s Faith Formation (Pre-K – Grade 5): In our Children’s Faith Formation program, students meet weekly September – May and parents attend a monthly session.
Youth Ministry Programs (EDGE for Grades 6-8 and FISH for Grades 9-12): This is a program where our youth can learn about their faith, find a Catholic community, and experience Jesus all while having fun and serving others.
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS): Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a Montessori-based faith formation program for children ages 3-12.
Sacrament Preparation-First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion: The Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion are typically celebrated during the child’s 2nd grade school year.
Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation: The Sacrament of Confirmation is one of the sacraments of initiation, along with Baptism and Eucharist. At St. Francis of Assisi, preparation for Confirmation typically occurs during the 9th grade year, and the Sacrament is received in the fall of the 10th grade year.

- Family Max: $600. If you calculate your fees will be higher than $600, please contact Heather Rohe in the Faith Formation Office (hrohe@saintfrancischurch.org) for a unique discount code prior to beginning registration.
- Tuition Discounts: 100% tuition remission is available for lead catechists and Faith Formation nursery volunteers. Assistant catechists & staff receive 50% tuition remission. Please reach out to the Faith Formation Office for a discount code prior to registering.
- Tuition Assistance: Tuition assistance is available and can be requested here prior to registering. Once approval is given, a discount code will be sent to use during registration.
Why did Faith Formation tuition increase?
With the increase to weekly sessions, our fees have also increased to match this more robust offering. While FISH and EDGE have always met more frequently, our tuition for these programs has also increased in order to match that of our newly reintroduced weekly PreK-5th grade Children’s Faith Formation program.
Refunds
Full refund if cancelled on or before August 21. No refunds after August 21.
